For U.S. Orders:
- Free standard shipping for orders of $50 or more.
- A flat rate of $9.99 applies to orders under $50.
For International orders (outside the US):

If you missed using a discount code, don’t worry! Contact our customer service team (ubrasofficial@ubras.com.cn) after your order has arrived. We’ll assist in processing a refund for the price difference associated with the valid discount code.
SHIPPING & RETURN
Yes, we offer international shipping to most countries. For specific shipping costs and details, please check the fees displayed at checkout for your location.
- You can track your order using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email or on the order confirmation page after checkout.
- If items in your order are shipped separately, you may receive multiple shipping confirmation emails with separate tracking numbers.
- If tracking information hasn’t updated in more than 5 business days, please contact our customer service team (ubrasofficial@ubras.com.cn) for assistance.
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days after purchase. Once shipped, final delivery may take 5–10 business days depending on your location. Shipping times are estimates and may vary slightly based on carrier performance or local customs processing (for international orders).
Once your order is in transit with the shipping carrier, we’re unable to update or change the delivery address. Please double-check your address details at checkout to avoid any issues.
If your package arrives damaged, please follow these steps:
- Take clear photos of the damaged packaging and the items inside immediately.
- Contact our customer service team (ubrasofficial@ubras.com.cn) immediately, attaching the photos and including your order number for reference.
Important:
- Returns or refunds for damaged items are only accepted within the 30-day return window from the date of purchase. Items received outside this timeframe cannot be processed for return or refund, even if damaged.

Here’s what you need to know about returns and exchanges for eligible orders:
Returns
For US Orders:
- We accept returns within 30 days of purchase for US orders.
- Items must be unworn, unaltered, with original tags and packaging intact.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable, and mail returns incur a $9.99 processing fee deducted from your refund.
- International Orders: Returns must be shipped at your own expense to our US return warehouse. Customs/duties are not reimbursed.
Exceptions:
- Clearance items, underwear, and nipple covers cannot be returned for health and safety reasons.
- Gift sets are non-returnable (they are limited-edition products containing underwear).
Exchanges
Exchanges are not currently available. For a different size or style, please request a return and place a new order. For full details, visit our Refund Policy.

Once our warehouse has inspected the returned items to ensure they meet our eligibility criteria, your refund will be processed within up to 10 business days.

Underwear:
